This is a sketch that I did in Guanajuato some time ago but only recently thought to paint it. When I go on any trip I try to make a little time to do some drawing that interest me. It causes me to really see and experience what I'm drawing.

- I've been a geophysicist exploring for oil and gas for many years. Now I'm trying to broaden my focus to include more of my interests and try to make the world a better place. I'm doing this by training and volunteering as a Texas Master Naturalist. I enjoy drawing and painting, especially Chinese style. I grow a few orchids and enjoy tennis, walking and being outdoors.
